Covid-19 Agency Services Update

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic there have been some changes to our Partner Agencies services. You can review a list of current service changes below.

Agape Mission – Still serving meals, To go only

YMCA – Offering Free Child Care to Essential Workers & Live streaming exercise classes. Call 918-336-0713 for more information

Salvation Army    Red Shield Club closed, Social Services Food Pantry open for grocery pickup call 918-336-6454

Family Healthcare Clinic – Family HealthCare Clinic is still open. -Adjusted hours:Starting on Monday,April 6 – the clinic will be open for 32 hours per week from 8 am – 4 pm, Monday – Thursday.  
-Implemented telemed appointments this week (have done 5 out of 19 and patients are really liking this option).-Stringent guidelines for patient visits:Clinic is locked when we are open, same day scheduled appointments only (no more walk-in visits), one patient in the clinic at a time, temp check at the door, phone and in-person COVID19 symptom screenings, gloves and masks for all staff when a patient is in the building, and we have to turn away anyone who has had a direct exposure to a positive COVID19 patient.

Mary Martha Outreach – Providing food services via drive thru

Boys & Girls Club of Bartlesville – Providing dinner to families call 918 – 336 – 3636

Samaritan Counseling – Open , working on providing video therapy in the next couple of days

ElderCare – Closed to public, but is coordinating relief for seniors please email info@abouteldercare.org or call 918-336-8500.

Boys & Girls Club Nowata – Closed, offering backpacks with food & activities

Boy Scouts – Office is open, troops are asked to follow CDC regulations, Spring Camporee Cancelled

Building Bridges – Moving all classes and one-one-meetings to live streaming and teleconferencing remotely

Girl Scouts – Closed

Westside Community Center – Closed
