The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Bartlesville Regional United Way is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12.
The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
The purpose of the meeting will be to receive reports, elect members of the Board of Directors and transact any other business which may be presented. All members of the BRUW are invited to take part in the meeting. A “member” is defined as any adult who contributed financially to the BRUW’s 2019 annual fundraising campaign.
Because of virtual meeting limitations, only up to 100 “members” may take part in the live meeting on Zoom. Those who would like to participate must pre-register by sending an email to Lisa Cary, who is the CEO and president of the BRUW, at lisa@bartlesvilleuw.org. For those not able to participate in the live event, a recording will be made available on the Bartlesville Regional United Way website at the conclusion of the meeting.
