Family HealthCare Clinic Seeks Executive Director

February 22, 2023

The Family HealthCare Clinic is inviting qualified, compassionate individuals to apply for the  Executive Director position. This position is a champion for providing access to quality, affordable  healthcare in NE Oklahoma and a leader in managing a non-profit organization. The Executive Director  is an advocate for the Bartlesville Regional United Way and its partner agencies.

The Family HealthCare Clinic’s mission is to provide quality, affordable healthcare appointments  and education to all regardless of insurance status. In 2022, fifty-two percent of patients were  uninsured who self-paid for medical care. Ninety percent of all FHC patients report earning below  $14,999 per year. The clinic is both an urgent care and a primary care provider and accepts adults on  state supported Medicaid or SoonerCare.

Molly Collins, current Executive Director, will step down in May 2023 due to a family move. In  her tenure with the clinic, Collins has helped successfully guide the clinic through the COVID-19  pandemic, increased marketing efforts, and increased the fundraising efforts of the annual Miles for  Mammograms 5k/2k race. In addition, the clinic has increased patient visits and worked hard to sustain  health outreach efforts in the community with Casa Hispana and at the Bartlesville Public Library.

“Without this clinic, many people would not have the ability get access to affordable medical  care,” says Collins. “Whoever is selected to take over the position can be proud of the types of services  we offer. It’s truly the ‘little clinic that could’ with a competent and dedicated staff who go the extra  mile for patients.” For more information about the position, please visit www.familyhealthcareclinic.org to review  the position description and application guidelines. A cover letter and resume are due by Monday,  March 20.
