Replace 6 shingles of roof (west side of clubhouse) and floodlight that illuminates large sign. Paint 9 30′ tall light poles. 2 poles are fully painted, 7 are painted halfway. Looking for uniform paint job that will last a while. Shingle, bulb and paint provided.
