This is for The Salvation Army, to request assistance with our upcoming annual Angel Tree event. This event is instrumental in providing holiday gifts such as toys and clothing to those families who are less fortunate within our community. Our goal is to sort, fill, and organize boxes and bags of items in a timely and efficient manner, and we believe that with the support of volunteer groups, this process will be greatly facilitated.
An essential part of this endeavor involves meticulously sorting, filling, and organizing boxes and bags of these items in preparation for distribution. Given the high standards we uphold for this event, having a detail-oriented team is crucial, especially on this final day of sorting when accuracy is paramount to ensure each gift reaches its intended recipient. In light of this, we are requesting assistance in gathering volunteer groups of 4-10 individuals who have a keen eye for detail and could help us in this significant endeavor. The sorting process is expected to take place between 9 am and 3 pm, but please rest assured that we are highly flexible and can accommodate different schedules to suit the volunteers’ needs.
