The Wednesday before Thanksgiving our agency hosts a community meal, on average we serve 400 meals. In order to do this, we have to transition multiple areas of the agency to accommodate the people served and set up the kitchen area to be able to prepare the meals.

Preparations will begin on November 24th and end on November 25th.

Prep includes:
Cleaning and sanitizing gym, kitchen, and a large room off the kitchen
Washing and sanitizing all dishes and utensils required for the meal
Setting up stations for serving, prepping, and cooking

Number of Hours: 8

Suggested team size: 4-6
